| Salon Esse Bella located in the historical theatre building in downtown Pinehurst offers more than a new haircut, they offer a new style and attitude. “This is my life and my dream and it’s more than just giving someone a haircut. Its creating art,” said Jennifer Fields, owner and master stylist at Salon Esse Bella. Fields has 15 years in the cosmetology business. She was also a platform artist and educator for J Beverly Hills, a prestigious hair academy for continuing education in the field of cosmetology. Salon Esse Bella started from humble beginnings five years ago in one booth in a Tanning Salon and presently sits upstairs in the theatre building. Fields has nurtured the salon to hold nine hair stations, and a spa pedicure and manicure room.
The cosmetologists at Salon Esse Bella specialize in the most advance cutting and color techniques utilizing movement, dimension, texture, and vision. Fields feels she is more than just a hair and color specialist. She believes that she is a friend, psychologist, and a teacher. “It’s about being able to read someone and listen to them. It’s about listening to their inner thoughts and to create a signature style that reflects the inner and outer beauty of the person,” said Fields.
